My living space desperately needs updating, I'm planning on painting a feature wall grey and have already ordered a new coffee table (although it's been hard to part with my beloved Habitat coffee table I've had for about 8 years!).
I've always loved grey, such a lovely calming colour thats goes with anything, and yes I wear alot of grey too! I also loathe my carpets which have been there since we moved in years ago, so I'm currently choosing wooden flooring to go in my living/dining space as I think it looks much nicer and more modern. Don't even get me started on my old dining table and chairs...
Here are a few of my favourite inspiration images from Pinterest, I'm obsessed with grey and white with pops of colour, if only my living space looked like these!

I love grey living spaces too. We were originally going for a blue/grey colour for one wall but we didn't get a tester first (rookie mistake there!) and it turned out to be more navy blue in the end. Thankfully we both like it, but I'm definitely going to go for a grey theme in a different room.
ReplyDeleteThe sofa in the first picture looks incredibly comfortable!

I love that sofa too! I've tried so many grey paint samples, so hard finding the right shade! x
DeleteI do love grey - It's not something I think of for interiors!
ReplyDeleteMe too, a great basic colour for interiors! x
DeleteI love them all! I'm thinking of a grey feature wall too. Our colour scheme for accessories is currently grey, white and turquoise o I think it would work well. Post some photos when you have your makeover complete!!

DeleteGorgeous range of greys - such a great use of the colour.

DeleteGrey interior finds, as usual. I spied that Tom Ford coffee table book (I'm a sucker for coffee table books, yet don't even own a coffee table) I need that in my life.
ReplyDeleteThanks, I love grey! I think I want that book too, I have lots of interior and fashion books but not on my coffee table!

DeleteOh I'm so inspired now! We're trying to buy a house at the moment (just about to exchange hopefully)and the room which will be my office and studio has a grey carpet which I'm planning to keep - it may not be a living room but this post has given me loads of ideas for how to make it into a stylish yet homely space.
